My repair was on the concrete flooring in a second floor bedroom of a condo.
They were knowledgeable, honest!
Two contractors who were rather confused, said
"I'll have to cut through the wall and the studs to figure out what to do"
Another said "well, I could fix it this way ....,,that way which way would you like? "
